I have found a 70 Maverick body that could be rust free . At least less rustier I am wondering about the floors ? I want to make it look like my 71 and it would be easier than replacing all the rusted out parts . So what am I looking at ? Thanks

'70 had a narrower transmission tunnel and no raised areas for the inside seat tracks, as only a bench was available that year. Otherwise they are the same size.

The floorboards are really different, as Eric pointed out. But....if the car has little rust....that is the car to fix.

Doug, you could cut the raised area for the bucket seat tracks out of your Grabber and weld them back in the 70 car, I have cut them out for a few people for them to do just that. Not an easy task but easier than taking on the rust you are dealing with on the Grabber.
