Heck man, I ain't so uptight as to worry about it.
I hijack plenty of threads. ;)
Not like this is some real informative stuff anyway, I was just throwing out some daydreaming I was doing at the shop when I should have been working.
    Hijack away! :bananaman

So...I went to Steve's today and took pics of his Zephyr and Maverick together. The measurements for the front bumper were within 1/2" on the inside lip. I'll post some pics as soon as I get them off my phone.

Cool...sounds promising. I would like to see a set on the Maverick. They would probably look better than they do on the square Futura...

Here are the pictures I took Saturday. Sorry for the bad quality, all I had with me was my cell phone.

That looks pretty close, except for the Maverick wrapping around the side a little more. I bet it would work, even if you needed to do some simple fabricating on brackets and such...

The thing about that is that it makes it easy to do the 'bumper slide' mod.
The extra wrap of the Maverick bumper makes it go way back down the fender to the marker lights when you slide the bumper back.
With this bumper, you won't cover so much of the front fender.
Also, you shouldn't need any sort of backing panel for the bumper with it slid back.
This bumper probably would be a poor choice for a direct swap without the slide.
