What years was the black tartan plaid used on the mavericks. Was it only used on the bench seat cars or was it also used on bucket seat cars? Can you still get these seat covers ?

If it is the pattern I am thinking you are talking about, it is a 1970 only pattern. Never in bucket seats either. You should be able to get it from SMS Auto Fabrics. It will not be cheap.

The Red Plaid is 95 a yard. The upholstery shop is doing the whole car and said vinyl will be about 15 a yard. Love to keep it stock, but I can use the money in other places.

Craig, I can't read the trim code sticker on my car. Can you tell me the proper code for the 1970 black and white plaid? I'm emailing SMS Auto Fabrics; they have the material, as you said.

Thanks Craig. Sent info to SMS auto fabrics, waiting for a swatch. Hope to have my interior done in time for spring.
