So after bench bleeding the master cylinder I got started by removing the lever from the brake pedal where the brake switch is located. There is a little pin you have to remove first. As always, here is pic from my dirty engine bay Nice new shiny master cylinder. One problem was the rear hole of the smaller chamber was larger so we had to find some adapters to make it fit the brake line. Here is the little pin I was talking about. Here is the picture of the pin already removed. One you slide this lever out then the brake switch comes out. Here is my old master cylinder There are 2 bolts that attach it to the firewall. Here is my old master cylinder. Looks a little nicer. Bryant has a power bleeder we hooked up. pumped it up to 15 psi. it's a flat rubber piece that we held onto the top of the new master cylinder with a C-clamp It's hard to see but we then bled each brake cylinder.
