indeed!! but the good news is: is just missing to finish one door and front bumper!!!!then, alignment!!yahoo: good question! The new plate was cut in the shape of the door with spare. So ,the contour was bent with a hammer. later I'll post a photo finish, was very good! it seems like the original! one door is done!
I love those glovebox dashes they have in Brazil! I wonder if the heater/AC box is different than on North American Mavericks. It seems like it shouldn't fit, yet clearly it does...
I've been following your build for sometime now and I am totally amazed by your excellent work and attention to detail.............................
Impressed as always my friend! Your tires are nicer than mine I really need to do something about that ... I need to strip it down and remove the paint and do body work first though..lol
What size wheel are you running and what back spacing do you have on those wheels? I am running an 17 x 8 with a 3.5 inch back spacing and they fit well but you are around 1.75" wider with your tire. I rolled the fenders and they fit. The width of that tire is really wide and I would really like to see what combonation will make them fit. Thanks
Thank you Big! be brave! sooner or later you'll have to face the sandpaper! the reward is a priceless pleasure! we deserve that!! the wheels are 9 inches and is 5.5 inch backspace. the car is almost ready but I will rebuild the fenders on the inside. The inner fenders ,basically it is rounded and will leave squared to fit the tire border..and let room enough (see pics) consequently have to rebuild the rear seat.. the bad news is that the bodywork would be ready in 10/15 days and now will take another two weeks ... it is for a good cause!
