    been reading every page of this build and all I can say is INCREDIBLE!

    wish I had the funds you have to spend but we cant all be that lucky lol.
    Ive done well with what Ive got. I dont have half of the problems you do make that did so Im grateful

    It looks like an imitation carbon fiber wrap...looks nice!

    is 3M adhesive .. I tried to do with carbon but it was crap

    And you're right, it is very similar .. I work with carbon fiber (I do kayaks, paddles, etc.) and can confirm that this patch is up more beautiful than the actual carbon .. because the adhesive is a 3D textured and reflects light at various angles and real carbon, not so much because the resin leaves the surface smooth.. I like the result (y)

    here is a real and fake carbon fiber for comparision..

    to be used in a small instrument panel, I think that's good enough

    Tempted to do this on all the interior panels and paint the exterior or get it wrapped as well... to match that fiber hood I so want :yup:

    I'll just wrapped that part of the panel and the ashtray, the rest will be painted

    I hesitated at first .. but once installed ... why not? with the advantage of being able to return to the original, or replace the vinyl case spoil ..
