bumpers, again

    Never heard of baking them in the oven. How does that work?

    Stephen will probably correct me....
    6 cylinder springs, then you compress them (he used 1 inch allthread and steel plates). Leave them like this for 3 months, put on car and check for hieght. If it is still to high then take springs off, compress and put in the oven 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Put back on the car, if height still isnt right then do it again until height is where you want. He did this to his car and got this from the door slamers manual. Heck looks like it helps him...plus a few other goodies! It takes a lot of time...but I think it will beworth it!
