    Big bell pan fill c4.
Have a small leak in my pan. just bought a new deep pan for when I fix the leak. the new pan is a +2 quart. my lokar dipstick is currently at the half mark. I'm confused by the oil capacity on the c4. I've read way too many answers. I'm leaving my torque converter in. so... if I drain it about how many quarts to fill it?

you may want to check with the shop that rebuilt it and ask them what type fluid they want in it...
my Guy didn't want type F in his rebuild to stand behind it.

The tranny has been in the car since 2011. I've been in the army, I don't put many miles on it. I've been using type f ever since.

if your dip stick is reading correctly now, just fill with fluid until the stick reads full.

Some rebuilders use clutches, etc that are a different material than what came originally in the tranny. When mine was done as a street/strip rebuild, the shop told me to run Dextron in it. Came as a surprise to me. The only thing in my car even remotely GM .... lol.

    not everyone...
my builder used clutches, etc that are a different material than what came originally in the C-4.
When mine was done as a street/strip rebuild, the shop told me to run Dextron in it to keep the warranty.
