I picked up a 1972 6 cylinder maverick for parts this week. It still has the trans in the car, motor is long gone. I got it mainly for trim pieces but I need a C4 for my car when I get to that point. I'm not sure as to which motor came with the car but I'd say it was the 170 or 200 as the bellhousing looks small. What parts would I need to upgrade this trans to be like a C4 that came behind a V8?
