c4 vac. valve

    Frank your modulator valve is hooked up as it should be ... as is your pcv set up. The only thing you need to do is adjust the modulator. You need to turn the screw IN (to restrict the vaceum ) as too much vaceum is what causes the trans to shift too soon. I`d try seating it ,then back it out a half turn and take it for a drive. If it shifts too late back the screw out another half turn ect. ;) :bananaman

    thanks m.a.v., i will see if i have a short and small screwdriver. the one i tried was too long and looked like i needed to pull the cross member...frank...:bananaman :bananaman

    :D chris, got the valve adj. today. 2nd at 12 mph and third at about 22 mph. that is at a normal pull off. if i stand on it, it is 30 mph to second and 62 mph to third. i can live with that. before it was 3 mph and 10 mph. thanks for the help...frank...:bananaman :bananaman
