    Thanks to all of you that's help me so well. as bmcdaniel, I decide to take the edelbrock one. the 7122 one seem to be good here's some spec:

    Performer RPM; Camshaft Kit; Ford 289-302; Hydraulic; 1500 To 6500 RPM; Valve Lift Intake .496; Exhaust .520;

    but just one question, what it mean when they said "Screw-In Studs and Guideplates Required " ???

    studs and guides

    screw in studs mean the rocker arm studs should be screwd into the cylinder head(high lift cams and heavier valve spring pressures could force your pressed in studs out of the heads.)

    and the guide plates are what keep the pushrods in line and the rocker arms straight with the valves.

    be sure to use hardend pushrods with guide plates.

    If using rail type rockers you will not need the guide plates.
