I don't like that. Now if it had a scoop similar to a 68 Shelby taking up some of that space it might look a little better to me. Just looks like it needs something else there. :hmmm:

Here is a pic of a maverick with the side scoops (with the window still there) You can get an idea of how it would look but even with the window deleted I dont think it would look right. It wouldnt look bad without the top scoop though plus add the GT350/GT500 rear treatment like I posted and you would have yourself a "shelby" mav.

Man,, I wanna go there,, lets see 5 bazillion miles divided by 12 miles per gallon @ $3.10 per gal. USA price, X south america factor of 1 bazillion $ a gallon for gas, + tires, brakes and oil =...........I cant afford to go. Seriously though,, awesome pics and I really would love to meet all those fine Maverick people!!!

Very cool, BTW that is not Dericks hood. His hood does not have the seperate scoop pieces.

I want to build a wagon bad out of a four door.

Stefan, I was hoping to go to Brazil this year but because of this congestive heart failure problem I must be very carefull. Although I am recovering nicely I am not out of the woods. The damage that has accured is not repairable so although I will servive, I will never be quite the same. I may wait until some time in 2009 to visit Paul. Mabe during our Winter like right now because it is warm in Brazil. When I finialy decide I will let everyone know. For now I am happy just to be right here! Joe

Health comes first, im glad that you are recovering well. Would be nice to go when there would be a big car show, that way we could see many Mavericks.

    Nicely done

I like the Auto Motor White Maverick. Nice stance and serious meats - looks sharp.

That's a Brazil stripe only. Gotta get in good with one of the Brazilians or talk a local stripe shop into making you up something. Wouldn't be that hard to make.
