    Good advise!

    BINGO! Real good advise(y)

Rocket, it's not about how fast you go, it's about seeing the win light come on!
Now I understand completely how you feel but slow down don't get upset and do one thing at a time, that way you can see if you are moving forwards or going back. I wouldn't spray the motor until you have got these issues fix.

I changed my carbs main body and my car now runs a tad bit better off the line I got a 1.818 60ft and 1/4 time was 11.862 at 115.84. But the car was stumbling a bit on top end my carb is still a 750 but there reason I changed the main is beacuse one of the squirter threads wore out and striped. that carb has been in use since the 70's.

I see you still haven't addressed the 60ft times, spring for some Cal-Tracs!

IMHO, you should be able to get that car down in the mid 1.40 range. My 6 cylinder turbo'ed S-10 pulls high 1.60's on street pavement with Nitto 275DR's and a soft launch...
