Mav man hasn’t responded to messenger or emails so I am going to pick up a dynacorn hood locally and save the shipping. I’ll let you know how the fit and finish is.

Drove down to Simi Valley yesterday and picked up a dynacorn grabber hood and scoops. Hood quality, fit, and finish seem very good. I hope to get it primed and maybe painted this weekend, I have the stencil kit for the grabber black out as well. I haven't decided yet, but I might open up the scoops and put some stainless mesh on the back side. Thanks for all the info, I am happy with the decision to go with the steel hood. I will also post the weight delta between the stock hood, but the box says shipping weight 54lbs and hood weight 43lbs.

Hood is painted, just needs to be cleaned up and the gloss clear buffed once it’s cured for a week. The stencil kit worked out well. I still think I’m going to open up the scoops.

By the way Mavman finally did respond and said pickup is not an option for the carbon hood if you are local to SoCal.
