Check out this engine bay

I guy sent me these from near by to show me his progress.It's a 65 Stang but you'll get the idea.

 

there's something obscene about an engine compartment that is that clean.

 

so clean that it looks unreal.

 

I wonder if those hood hinges would work on a Mav?

Yep, that's about what they sell for. I'm not sure if they would work on a Maverick though. I figure if they would, somebody would have already used Mustang hinges with springs on them for a Maverick by now.

I'll just have to figure out a way to put springs on mine.If i hit my head on that freakin prop rod one more time i'm going to snap

Derek, you might wanna check out this thread. You can get rid of the rod and won't even need springs.
