chrome interior door trim

    Those chrome strips are kind of long. Wonder how this stuff blends together? Will seams be visiible?

    I am not sure about the stuff that they are refering to on this post. But the stuff we use in gold leafing does not show any seams. The lacquer base coat bonds all the pieces together.
    If you rub/press it out properly, it shows no seams, and what overlaps the other pieces just flakes off when you rub it down. Leaving only the material bonded to the lacquer itself.
    I am going to do some research and see if the company we get the gold leaf from carrys the chrome stuff. I know they have gold and cooper colored films, not sure about the chrome.
