OMFG! I just can't belive my topic's still alive up here. That's incredible. I was just looking for some infos on the net about my Comet's specs and I came here without thinking about it. I think it's time to revisit the past ans give you some fresh infos about my Maverick and Comet. 'Cause yes, 7 years later I still have both of them and since 2006 the Comet never stopped running on Swiss roads. I got a few electrical problems last summer but that's totally repaired now and the Comet's back on the roads since last month, I'm using it as my daily driver. The Maverick is still in restoration but I'm about to finish the project. I'm gonna come back later and post you some pics and more detailed infos. Sorry about all the time I forgot to came here, it's such a great forum. As you can read, my english and my car are both updated...it's been quite a long way but that's how Miss Comet looks now in 2012: Greets from Switzerland!
wow!.. that is definately one clean Comet from Switzerland there. Very nice shape for any car..and especially for one that's 40 years old. I just wish my body looked that good at 40! lol Can you post some interior pic's too?
