Hello everyone. PayPal locked my account because I guess you can't use it as a pay site for giveaways. So not sure what I can do now. ??? I do have everyone's money that sent it in. Thanks again.

Yea they really are sticklers about that. Best thing I've heard as a work around is to make a kickstarter or indiegogo for really cheap (so that it completes successfully) and their systems are actually pretty well set up for such an endeavor.

    Good luck!

Probably because they aren't getting their cut. I sent mine as a gift so they wouldn't charge you anything. After noticing too many gifts they probably have an alert that says "hey, we're losing money".

I knew that would happen so I sent mine as goods and services and added extra money to cover the paypal cost. Its for a good cause.

why dont you start selling the tickets at $1 more to cover PP fees? Im sure people would still buy them. I would participate but its just too far to ship the car or go get it if I was lucky enough to win (even though I know I wont since I cant even win my $1 on lottery tickets)

Does anyone know of the car has a title? Without one, if I won, there would be no way to get it into Canada...not that I ever win anything like this.

I sent mine as a "gift" too, so as not to take away from the fundraising. Hopefully you can get stuff worked out with PayPal or find an alternative method. Are you (Ty) still planning on sending pictures of the tickets to the purchasers?

    winner

Hello everyone, this is the winner of the Comet. His wife bought his ticket with out him knowing, their boys had smiles ear to ear when they came to pick it up. The one in the middle with the sunglasses is the one that donated the Comet. Not sure of the final number but i heard it was over $20,000 that will be donated to the Johnson Family Cancer Center just from the raffle. thanks.
