Comets back from paint..and....ORANGE..BUT..

    Very nice! I love the color. I have a friend who has a new Comet small front bumper, still in the wrapper. I'll ask him what he will sell it for. Tell Cliff, Coop said "howdy". You have the right person to help you out with these cars...

    i sure will next time i speak with cliff, this post now is a few months old as ive had it done for a while now, but the color is actually a custom mix which i didn't get a code for i was just standing in the shop while the guy mixedd it and said 'that looks good' and walked out with the paint. and with cliff, hes helped me a ton..he only mostly has mav parts though! but i called tonight about a parts car comet for 500 turns out was a 60's though so it didn't work out but the guy was telling me he has an abundance of hoods fenders and maybe even a small bumper or two for a comet and hes only about 45mins away so maybe ill make a trip and pick one of those up...make it look alot better even though my big bumper actually sits further in than the small ones do.

    Thats what i was thinking i sure would love to have those front rims.

    ESampson....I think you should approach your painter and present him the same outline of your negative findings as you have posted here. Remind him that one (1) satisfied customer is high value / low cost advertisement.

    i have a bunch of spare slots too :) all with different widths and back spacing...those on it on the rear are 8.5 wide with 3.75 BS which fit my 295/50/15's! wasnt sure if the 8" with 4inch bs would
