converting Maverick to "chassis car"?

    Sounds like a wise choice. That's a nice coupe. Of course I'd want to paint it back to the original Patrol Car colors.

    It was all black with tan interior... there are so many black fox Mustangs at the track, I may have to go more exotic!

    Looks like a great start on the stang. As much as I like my Mav racer, if I were to build another race car, the coupe stang would be it.

    Still kicking the idea around, but the only way financially it makes any sense is to buy somebody's project or ex-braket car. I may still look at the one ladder bar car that I found that has that unusual front end in it. The guy is supposed to be getting me more pics Monday. It had a big block Chevy in it with a Glide... looks like stock frame rails, and I think the front end is Pinto, which explains the front drums. Would definetly convert to four wheel disks like the Aerospace brakes on my Mustang and my Fairlane. Would just be different in my class... out of around 20 cars in the class, probably 12-15 are usually Fox Mustangs. Course there is a reason... they are light, easily obtainable, and parts are cheap and abundant! Hard choice...
