had a great time at the cookout, it was nice of you and your wife to welcome us all into your home, i was running on less then 3 hours sleep and had to fix a broken shock before i left, got there in just under 3 hours. the ride home was tough had to stop at every rest stop on the way home, just as i got back into PA i had to take a power nap, didn't really help too much but i couldn't go on.. got home about 4 am and passed out till 7pm. best part my maverick got 25 mpg(y) !!! i enjoyed meeting and talking to everyone some new and some i have met before. i have to agree with lance and say that there was not one person I did not like, this was exactly what my idea of a mini meet should be... hope to get the chance to travel to some of the other meets..

my thanks to dave and his wife for making the cookout what it was.. GREAT!!
the girlfriends starting to understand now

Steve, I am glad you made it home alright, and that you were smart enough to stop and rest frequently, even then it seems that it can be dangerous, because lack of sleep can hit you pretty hard when you are driving.

Well, I have to say thanks to Dave and Pam for having the cookout, was a great time. I enjoyed meeting all you guys and hope to see more of you all soon.

Maverick Guy....Thanks again for letting me drive your to and from Jegs. I really enjoyed that alot. And as promised I will return the favor hopefully soon. You just made me want to pull it back out of storage and finish it up! LOL

And for the guys that wanted to see how far my project is along here is the link to my website http://www.angelfire.com/oh5/grabber75/
just click on the Garage and Projects links.

Right now I am going to concentrate on my rearend disc brake setup and getting the suspension back under it. I had to buy all new parts as you all saw why from the pictures i had brought along with me. Once the suspension is back under it it will go to my friends garage to put quarters and new paint on it. Its all uphill from here!!
