Installed a shift kit today. Trans is sitting on the bell with the tail up. How do I know if I got the kickdown and the shifter lined up properly when I put the valve body back in ?? For some reason it doesn't feel the same when I operate the linkage by hand. The small (4") linkage that before had a spring effect to it, now seems to just hang there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Darrel
