Coupe or Fastback

It's a Sport Fastback Sedan Coupe. Or a Coupe Fastback, or a sedan, or just a coupe, or just a car. or just a pile of S@*#. But it is a maverick. You can look at 100 mustangs and only see 3 cars, or you can look at 100 mavericks and see 300 cars. They're all original and all unique. It doesn't really matter what it's called. I can tell you most of the owners on this page can take more ownership of their car then anybody else. In time, Blood, Sweat, and Money. You won't find that in any other car. So call it what YOU want to call it cause it's YOURS. At least mine is mine. And I prefer to call it a A 1972 Ford Maverick with a 5.0L HO EFI and T-5 transmission with 2.79 gears Fastback Sedan. Or simply as it's been named "Madison"

I think it is myself, I just wish the rear window was flush mounted so the rain would rush right off!

 

Well put Mad Cow! I've had my Maverick since '99 and can't let her go. Worst insult I've ever had is people asking if it's a mustang! I usually tell them "read the fender emblem".
