Hi Ryan, glad you made the decision to come along. I was also thinking about crossing at Aldergrove and as far as I know Pete, with the black Maverick is also planning to come so Thomas, Pete and I could meet in Abby, drive together to 264th, meet you and then drive to Bellis Fair and meet Cliff, Sheri and Michael and whoever else is meeting up with them at the buffet at 5. How does that sound to you? how about you Thomas, does that work for you? If this is a go for everyone then I will get off work at 3 and we will have a plan!!

Oops, missed your post Micheal, just let me know what works. I just really needed to know about times now so I could tell my boss when I will be leaving for the day. Thanks

I've already got my confirmation #127... Woohoo!! We're in! See everyone there. Think I'll stay at the Holiday Inn also. They have underground parking...

 

That would be awesome! We requested a room on the same floor as Bev...see if you can do the same

 

And what floor is that? How long does it take to get your confirmation back? Did they have many rooms left at the motel? Ever have times when there seems to be too many things going on at once? Sorry about all of the questions, but The answers can help me with the planning process.

Im desperately trying to get my car together before then ( things arent going as quickly as I had hoped) .. not sure its going to happen. BUT, even if my car isnt ready, I will be coming to the show to see everyone elses car ( gotta support my Maverick brothers and sisters).. so look for me in one form or another.

We have 7 confirmed cars coming from Canada so far! Still waiting on 5 more...hope they can make it! Going to be a fun ride down!

 

I got my confirmation today. Number 206. Just need to make motel reservations. We just might be able to overwhelm them with mavericks.

 

Sounds like a challenge, we cant let or northern neighbors show us up so lets rally for this event and make it the biggest get together yet, heck they might give us our own street to park on If we can get a confirmed amount of people I would give the coordinaters of the event a call and see if it would be possible.

I reserved a room at the Holiday inn. they where telling me that they only have 3 rooms left for that weekend.
I reserved a room with 2 queen size beds $133 a night.
Would anyone like to share.
I'm looking for a roommate.

The right rate is $82.00 us + tax,. per night
