I think Bryant is planning on getting his door panels done custom. A metal fabricator he knows well is gonna do something similar to the rear firewall he has. do a search and I'm sure you'll see the rear firewall he has in his car, pretty sweet.

Door panels are easy to make out of hard board or thin panneling. Cover them with thin foam if you want them padded. You could stitch the foam to vinyl or cloth if you wanted a design in them. Or just cover the hardboard with cloth or vinyl if you like the smooth, plain look. Glue or staple the covering to the back side to hide the fasteners. Would take all day to describe all the different options.....

The mav is gone but i'm still here!
I don't know about custom, but here's the ones i did on the falcon, They were dirt cheap and a breeze to make.

Basically just that cardboard like wood material that they sell at home depot. some 3m spray adhesive and vinyl.

It's no show car, but it looks okay to me :)

a search trick I've learned: click on the user name then statistics then all post submitted by user. I'm guilty of starting threads without doing some searching...but I'm learning:tiphat:

i had a rear fire wall put into my car. it was done by bullet fabrications in santee, ca. willie rells, a famous prostock car builder is working there and did most of the work along with mike the owner/fabricator of bullet. they did a great job. heres some pics
