I filled the Grabber up with gas today and when the pump shut off a little gas overflowed onto my freshly painted, minus the chest or whatever hair it is, rear panel. I quickly flushed it off with water but it was too late. There is a gas stain on it and I can't get it off. I give up!!!!!!!!!!
My ten year old paint job is not so good anymore either and the signs of rust popping on the rightrear quarter panel and the rear bumper. I do have to say driving it every chance I could has not helped..........but I had fun destroying it.:evilsmile I also have the dreaded gas stains:16suspect Which is why I am putting a fuel cell in this second restoration which starts after the round up. So don't ever give up.
Did that skeeter bite you before he got stuck? Just think, they can dig that fender up in a few hundred years, and a-la Jurassic Park, pull DNA out of it and clone you! Even better, pull some paint out of it's gut, and clone your Maverick!
ok, I'm taking notes on what not to do when I paint my car... no bugs, no chest hair, what about my ponytail? Is this why half the guys at Autobeauty shop are bald??
