Dash removal - not cap, DASH ITSELF?

    Mark, I saw your tech article on dash removal. I'm in the process of removing mine now from my '72 Sprint, which I've owned for a couple of weeks. Purpose was to repaint the dash and pad. Was planning to remove the fenders and cowl panel to repair the cowl vent rust but now I'm wondering if I should do that repair from the inside since the dash will be out. Comments? Thanks.

    And probably all this was because he got so mad that the engine was running like c--p. All he had to do was replace #6 sparkplug. Ohhh me. :)

    Engine isn't running on any cylinder right now but that's got nothing to do with it. Just wondering if I can avoid external take apart. Maybe it was a dumb question.
