Desert Mavericks.......Sand Box

Julians garage, 39Ave and Indian School. Small shop and will make it as nice as you want to spend. He did my old black 89 GT Mustang, my brothers falcon I posted a while ago, and a number of people ive sent there from $1000 basic paint jobs to complete body and paint on a cobra kit car.

 

The Falcon turned out nice. I saw that one first hand.

 

Aww crap I wish I had asked earlier. I was just at 51st Ave and Camelback this morning getting an estimate from Variety Auto and Paint.

 

Huh...I just googled Julians and found them on 39th Ave and called the number and I'm getting the message that the number is no longer in service(602-269-8815). Hey Ryan, is this the correct number? I found this same number on several sites.

If any of you locals need a 130 amp 3g alternator, I have 3 nice ones sitting on the shelf. asking $60 for one.

done with grill now fabricating turn signal brackets, next I get to wet sand the lower black portion of my pain job, then it comes down to either a steering upgrade or rebuilding my T5

My wife was out of town for 10 days and I got to drive our 2014 Optima SX turbo for a while. What a joy that was to drive compared to my 93 mustang. I got back in my car when she came back and it really was like stepping back 21 years. I think Ill be selling the Mustang and stepping into the new millenium again for a daily driver. I see a nice 2004 Subaru Legacy GT 2.5 turbo that looks comfortable and fun. might be weird not daily a Ford.

 

My Maverick is finally going to get painted!! I took it down Tuesday.

 

Ugh...sorry to hear that your Maverick was arrested and now resides in paint jail. I hope you can post bond and get her release soon!
