Well the sandbox wasnt a topic for planning events. that was the Planning An Arizona Meet 4 posts below it. But since that thread was started 3 months before the event it did get a little dragged out. and then a couple pages added to the end discussing our curse on why we cant get togethor because the weather is always against us.

But whenever we have a meet planned I do my best to make sure EVERYONE knows about it. Even a post in the general forum linking to the thread in the events forum as I have done in the past. Trust me you wont miss the invite. We even add it to our signature incase somebody missed the thread but sees the event when we reply to a post.

BTW, I did have 3 maverick/comet owners at my house today (including myself) to help get my Mustang running. Does that count as a Meet? the weather sure didnt know about it.

Actually for it to be an official Az Maverick Meet it would have had to rain. since this was an impromptu maverick guys gathering to work on a Mustang the weather was too confused to know what to do.

Heck I cannot even think of a decent BBQ joint in this area:bs:

I'm telling you, we just switch it up so everyone brings there daily drivers, than the weather will work out ok!

Glad you got the mustang figured out, Alex one smart cookie!:thumbs2:

Damn!!!! I looked all over. So now on top of the "Curse" we are in the "Lost And Found"? THE BASEMENT? No Respect....I tell ya.:banghead:
Maybe we should join together, make some bylaws, pay dues. retain a lawfirm and be a real club. Then we have certain unalienable rights concerning "FREEDOM OF ASSEMBLY!!!" Freedom of speech cannot be catagorized or controlled, restricted or regulated when in the course of common evens the expression of those aforementioned 1st ammenment rights do not violate the rights of others.

    COME ON MAN!
    PUT THIS THREAD BACK!

Not on this site. What you can and cannot do is clearly outlined in the forum rules.

Looks like my wife and son are going out of town for a week. leaving friday. Time to get cracking on the maverick. Will be working this weekend on some stuff and hopefully have the slave cylinder bracket here by the weekend or early next week to get the hydraulics finished up. I may just actually get this thing back on the ground after almost 4 months.

Gene you funny guy. Your just afraid that if it ever gets finished it might be faster than your car.
