+1 on the birthday wishes. Also, there is a high possibility of another Maverick touching tire to asphalt in Tucson in the near future.
Happy Birthday Ryan.:bananaman Hey Ray. Thought of you the other day. Had a deep dish apple pie at the TTT last Wednesday. Hope you are doing okay.
Thanks guys. My birthday gift to myself was coming home tonight to see a puddle under the mustang. Looks like it leaking between the timing cover and block, which usually means the timing cover has eroded and will need a new one. I hope I can nurse it until next weekend. I can drive the mav to work a few days but mon. and fri. I gotta deliver the pizzas so Ill be having plenty of water on hand.
It gets better. I figured the small leak from the timing cover was manageable and drove it to work. Saw the temp getting a little higher then normal and could smell antifreeze. Get to work and see I left a trail coming in the parking lot. Pop the hood and see the radiator is spraying water out of the middle somewhere. Ill fix it up tomorrow, gotta work tonight. Only the second thing to REQUIRE fixing on this 1993 mustang in almost 16,000 miles since I started driving it last year. Still beats a car payment. After this is fixed Ill get back to rounding up and cleaning parts for the rear disc brake swap on it. And yes I deliver pizzas at night in this thing.
Yes...we should. Maybe next time it won't rain!! Ryan, don't plan this one or you will jinx it. Tony...you are up!
October is a mess for me. I've got Central this Saturday (and my birthday), Vegas for work next week, a week off then Vegas again for SEMA. I don't think that I will be available till November. Anyone else want to ring in with their schedule?
