Has anyone weighed a small bumper setup???

No chance they weigh zero and 88, 89 - whatever pounds are being removed...

Rear bumper weighed 54 lbs without the bolts, guards or mounts (and rust). I'm sure it would tip the scale over 95 lbs with the mounts. The small rear bumper weighed in at 16 lbs with mounting brackets and tag light.

New springs will have to be cut too.

Springs done, the new 70-73 springs were smaller, they were not cut and the ride height is spot on, glad I did not cut them,it makes sense that if you install a 70-72 replacement spring along with a 72 bumper that the ride height would be factory. If I had kept the originals they would have needed to be cut. The pic is right after installing, I expect they will settle a bit more as well. Compared to my stock 70 maverick they sit about the same.

Well your car sits kinda high all the way around, but if that's what you like, it's what you like. At least it doesn't sit like it did with the other springs it had.

Once i put some bigger tires on (185/75/14 on there now), i think it will look "right". I dont personally go for the lowered look, i like a stock ride look.
