   I am looking to put stock wheels back on my car . It's a 1971 and thought the 14X7 was offered from the factory . I wondered if 14X6 was the widest offered ?

   1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.

   14 x 6 was the largest ever offered on a Maverick, but not sure in 1971. Otherwise it would have had 14 x 4.5.
