give me some time i am in the process of making a new mold. i talked with a few box companies and they are going to give me some quotes. the thing is i don't think i can get any thing really done until the end of the year to be honest. you tell Hunkins at PHR i told him just to hold on there! lol! ;)

what kit did you use with with the 12 inchers? i want to change mine up.

    Front: 140-11073
    Rear: 140-7582

For some reason I thought the front was 11.88 but was mistaken. They are really 11. It looks kind of funny with the rear rotors being bigger than the front. Its the new set I want that is 12.88. (140-10220) Unfortunately, I may have to wait till Im ready to order new wheels due to the offset changing on the rotors.

    hum interesting

    in this photo here [IMG]

is that exactly what it looks like? the bracket that holds the caliper is totally different then what i have. the kit i got was a mustang kit since they didn't have a maverick one. the hub was too large so i have to rid up something to get it to work. i also found out that maverick spindles are different on some years. also i found out this kit wouldn't work on the granada spindle either.

i do like the 6 piston set up better is that a direct replacement? sorry to lazy to read. lol! i actually have those calipers already i am just wondering what i would need to get them to work... hopefully just the rotor and bracket.

i kit i have now the rear are also bigger then the fronts. i just never put the rears on since they cut my "new" rearend wrong so i never swapped it. i figure it ain't broke so i am not going to change anything... yet. lol!

What is pictured is the drum spindle bracket. I have the disc spindles.

My front suspension kit came with a 73 mustang spindle. I assumed the spindles were the same as ours.

Sorry. I thought you were familiar with my project.

    http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=54307&highlight=grabberGT

I have a Total Control front suspension. I bought the kit from someone intending to install in on a 73 Mustang. They included the spindles they are using. The kit is the exact same kit they offer for the Maverick with the exception of the upper c/o mount. I just modified mine to suit my needs.

The brake kit listed 140-11073 for the 70-74 Maverick is the same listed for the 73 Mustang.
