Thought you wanted to keep the car?

this is pretty ironic but I now have that same exact car!!! LOL I bought it last year from a marine just before i EAS'd in Camp Lejeune. Did you sell it to the Master guns or is this the post he left i wonder. Well, an update is much needed then. Things I have done to the car after I snagged it.
Fresh engine rebuild.... I took the car in about december 2011 and the guy ended up taking the engine out and apart and showed me how work and scratched inside of the pisyon cylinders were and all the other damage the car has had over the years... so I told him to bore it out.40 over and to slap some high performance parts in her.
8 KB flat top forged pistons.
    Brand new 210CC heads,
New roller rockers with pushrods and lifters,
New Hedman long tube heders.. (it had the stock headers on it before):naughty:
    New Mild Cam,
    New timing chain and pulley,
    New speedometer cable,
    New Fuel lines,
Hooked up the Tach. (wasnt working when I bought it off him... just needed a power source hooked up):naughty:
    New piston rods,
Cleaned out the carbs and readjusted them,
New plugs.... well pretty much a new motor lol

But anyways, the car is still in the shop bc of some minor work but i drove the car for about 3 days after all of this work and holy cow this thing is got sooo much more power than before. It will soon be outta the shop. I love this car and would also like to know how much it is worth :)
I would sell it if it was a good price to start another Maverick or muscle car.

I remember that car for sale. I think it was for sale a few times recently. Sometimes it takes a while to find a buyer for these cars. Im sure it was discussed on here a few times.
Wonder how it got those black int. panels? I thought Sprints had white panels?

I think you're right about the white rear panels. It also has black arm rests that I think sould be white too. :)

Grabber Blue dash, black dash pad, and fabric door panels are also not original. I like those door panels better than the original white vinyl.

Id say you could get $4000-7500 if it looks as good as the pictures. Maybe higher if you could find the right person.

Were the front kick panels and rear plastic arm rest panels white on the 1972 RB trim code Sprint Maverick? I ran across a Maverick years ago (1990's when you could still take your tool kit and pull your own parts and Mavericks were showing up frequently in the bone yard) with front white kick panels and I kick myself for not pulling them as they were the only original white panels I ever saw in a salvage yard Maverick. I saw an interior photo of a barn yard find 72 Sprint and the rear arm rest panels were white plastic as were the center section of the door panel. I could not see the front kick panels in the photo. The aftermarket panels are black (not even the more common blue).
