PEL 665, my mom's comet. was county specific in those days not anymore in Washington. when shopping for "old" plates to put on my 70 looked for pel, pen others that were pend oreille county of old but didn't have any luck. with new laws can license once with plates that match year of "classic" and never have to register again. they want you to limit your driving to less than six months a year however.

Well the first Comet in my family (my dad's) was CNP 839 and was a Gwinnett County, Georgia plate. After we dissassembled and rebuilt it, it was 206 HFK Hall County up until he sold it, except it was changed to Gwinnett County when we moved in 2000. I think that plate is still laying around here somewhere.

According to the original registration sheet, our '74 Grabber's first ever plate was CNS 796 and was a Twiggs County, GA plate. Car was sold in 1976 to the second owner and was then JAY 24. It is currently HA20UJ and is a Antique Hobby Vehical plate, Gwinnett County.

My '73 4 door parts car was HA5K91 Hall County Antique Vehical plate that has since been cancled and the car has started to be parted out.
