Pull the bottom of the door in at the lower hinge. You should be able to get it to move that 1/8th inch without upsetting the top. Then you can get the fender tighter to the rocker...If that doesnt work...Time to start thumpin and bumpin metal. Gotta say though, gaps are pretty tight, maybe a bit too tight but...Looks good. Is there weather stripping on that door still???
No weatherstripping. Bottom doesn't move inward anymore. I'm thinking of elongating the holes on the bottom for the hinge to try and get the little bit I need.
You could do that or... Smack the door post (A Pillar) at the lower hinge and move the sheet metal in a bit.
you could take a mig welder and weld down the side and fill and grind (a old school trick )or take some fiberglass filler smear it down the seam wait till it almost sets up then take a knife and run down the seam and sand off the excess( another old trick) use a hammer and a block of wood wrapped in a rag to pound it in or use a die grinder and widen the holes for more adjustment it is a Maverick it looks tight compared to Factory for show car gaps sometimes it takes all the tricks and shims and a little luck
