Door Hinge Brackets - Anyone have a picture?

I’m finally replacing my rusted out doors on my 72. I had a replacement door pulled off a 75 (I think) in a scrap yard and the yard broke the bolts off when they were removing it.

I didn’t think much about it when I removed them, assuming my 72 door brackets would work. It looks like they won’t. The 72 brackets are boxed in, where the 74 brackets are held in place with tabs. These are the brackets that the bolts thread into on the door. I’ll need to fabricate and tap new brackets. Does anyone here have a picture of the 74 brackets or know where I can get them?
