almost kinda funny. almost bought a king cobra for 2500 out of an autotrader in 04. torinos and semi's don't get along at all. got swiped in a 4 door torino. not too pretty. still wish i would have got that king cobra

That would have been a good deal, considering they only built 2 or 3 of them.

i think it was around 2000 made. i looked it up before i went to look at it. instead i bought a 73 camaro already set up with the ladder bars, 350, gauges. it looked good. driving from stillwater to woodward i missed the brake and my foot felt the soft spot under the floor. pulled the carpet when i got home i found the rust hole. sold it and bought the bondo blue maverick. i thank my uncle for that gem too. but back on topic i think building the drag-n-fly would be better the that maverlack for uniqueness

    I'd like to see them.

I agree with the 240z look, but on a Maverick??? The Mav is just too BIG for that look. Kind of the same theory on bikinis.

Wow, that nose cleaned up real nice in the drawing. I think the reverse blackout on the hood is a nice touch too. Looks great, good luck with the project!

ah you can't say that I always thought the comet nose made it look like a Plymout Volare, all you have to do is ad louvers on the side windows and a camaro spoiler:rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:

Chuck, I believe you fixed the Dragonfly problems. That will be a great looking car when completed. :thumbs2:

I really like the see through look on the wheels. It will save you on having to paint the brake calipers.:rofl2:
