:rofl2:I am worried the sleeves on a 2x would be to long.

    Hi Mark,
I seem to have missed the total price somewhere. I would be interested in an XL. We met at the roundup in Ky. two years ago. I am planning to go to D.C. again this year. I live over in Redford. Send me some prices.
    Thanks,
    Lee "THE MAV" Richart

Yeah, I know...this is why I let this idea drop after the first batch I had made. You sorta kinda have to really, really be a Maverick nut to get some stuff...and I had the first jackets made because I wanted something that had the Maverick logo on it and I knew there was nothing "off the shelf" out there that did. We just can't generate the numbers to get mega low prices. This style jacket is also higher end than some of the other nylon non-padded baseball style jackets available so that makes 'em a few more $$...

Okay, I did a quick check of the spreadsheet I am building to keep this all straight and it looks like we are at 15 jackets. I counted people who responded to this thread after I posted the pricing info, and also people who sent emails. There are a few who said they wanted one before I posted the prices that I have not gotten emails from. If you are still interested (and for anyone who is interested) please send an email to this address with Maverick Jacket somewhere in the subject:

    Webmaster@MaverickComet.com

    Please include:

    Your first and last name
    Style (number and color)
    Size
Quantity in each size and color
    Shipping address

    Thanks!

Mark, I also said that I was interested early on in this thread. Money is a little tight right now and I was waiting for the last minute to decide. I'll just have to pass on the jacket at this time. :(

No problem...I guess a better time to resurrect this idea would have been before Christmas when people still had money... :)

    Jacket Order Is Happening! :)

    I've got some good news!

Although we currently have only 15 jacket orders, the embroidery company is willing to combine the jackets with the shirts (and there are currently 16 of those) since they both have the same logo and still give the 24 piece pricing! :bananaman

What this means is that we can now move to the next phase where I actually collect money so we can get the jackets made. I have been kind of dreading this part because it will require so much cooperation from everyone to have this happen in a timely fashion :). It would probably be a lot easier for me to just place the entire order and once I get the jackets and shirts in hand I could send them out to people as they get the money to me. The problem is that right now I am not able to put up all the money to get the order rolling, so I have to have everyone send me the money first so I can place the order. The risk here of course is that I get almost everyone's cash and then a few people procrastinate or decide to back out at the last minute...delaying everything and upsetting everyone.

I'm hoping for the best, so here goes:

This is just for the jackets...I will put a separate post over in the polo shirt thread

If you'd like to pay with Paypal, you can...but I have to ask that you add an extra $3 for the first jacket and $2.50 for each additional ordered to cover the fees. I know, it sucks...Paypal is a great way to pay, but it ain't free to accept the $$$.

    Use Paypal ID: Webmaster@MaverickComet.com

If you'd like to pay with check or money order (or cash if you dare send it thru the mail!) you can send it to:

    Mark Sundquist
    7253 Gerald Avenue
    Warren, MI 48092

    To recap:

Each jacket is $79.00. For 2X add $2.50 and for 3X add $5.00

Shipping within the USA: Up to 2 jackets: $8.95 for Priority Mail

Shipping to Canada: Up to 2 jackets: $12.00 First Class Mail

*If you decide to pay with Paypal...add $3 for the first jacket and $2.50 for each additional jacket*

Also, if you have not yet put in an order and would like to, it's not too late! If you at all think you might want one now's the time. I just don't know if there is enough interest to place another order after this one. I need this info:

    Your full name
    address
size and style number/color for each jacket you want

    Send to: Webmaster@MaverickComet.com

I expect it will take a couple weeks at least to get everyone's money in, get the order in to the embroiderers, get the stuff shipped to me and then ship it out to everyone. I will do my best to keep everyone informed at to what is going on. Thanks!

    Just to verify ... 1 jacket + Shipping + PayPal = $90.95 total ... correct?
