    Even better, it bolts right in using bolts and holes that are already in the car and being used for other items. It uses the same bolts and holes from the old shock tower bars, the 3 bolts that hold the top on the shock tower, and 2 on each side of the fender that hold on the spring cover under the fender.

    Ask T.L. for one, he gets them for free!:biglaugh: Just kiddin... don't think there's a price, you just have to fab them at this time. Unless fan2488 has begun production and I'm not aware. I'm hoping to :drive: down and meet this guy this summer sometime so fan:)bowdown: ) and I can make/install one in my comet.
    I'm hoping for chrome but we'll see.

    I want to make mine out of stainless tubing. It can be polished to look like chrome and will never rust. :)

    Ed's monte carlo bar would fit any Maverick. It's the export brace that would be different for cars with power brakes...

    I vote we come up with a different name for this monte carlo bar. :hmmm: I kinda think I'd rather put a Ranchero bar on my car...or something like that! :29:

    Why is called a Monte carlo bar? Id call it a Torino bar to keep with the european theme.
