You didn't have much nice to say yesterday. You were trying awful hard to bait the guy about using rims rather than wheel in another thread yesterday, that is being a troll.

So it's my fault that people don't know the difference between a wheel and a rim? It's my fault that people want to bastardize Mavericks with fender flares and other stupid crap? I think you're trolling me.

Don't sweat Craby Larry's overly blunt and self entitled freedom of speech as this forums normal membership base because it's not. TONS of different type car owners around here and the core involvement to help others remains the same as sheer appreciation and enjoyment for these special old cars. I really like em' cause their light.. and high revving V8's helps em' go faster! :chirp:

Nice looking motor!.. looks like a wide road race style oil pan.. can you share the chassis and engine spec's? :bouncy:

From now on he will be ignored by me.

THANKS, I actually had to replace the oil pan and those engine mounts for now because it didn't fit between the towers.
I don't really know what you mean by chassis specs, the car is a 75 Ford Maverick that been re-build and re-painted a couple times, I don't remember what was the original color, as soon as I find out ill tell you.

The engine came out of a 95 Mustang, 5.0 302 v8, I '' stroked '' it to a 307 just to replace the pistons and that stuff, I wanted to keep it fuel injected, but I also wanted to use a functional hood scoop for the intake, so I ditched the original Efi and intake manifold and replaced it with a Holley sniper Efi and a 302 aluminum manifold, this way the air filter pops thru the hood and sits below that scoop, I also upgraded it with a Holley hyper spark distributor, a/c compressor and some headers.

ah, I wondered how you'd fit that big oil pan in there. I have a canton road race pan that is 13" wide and it or the lower control arm mounts would need to be modified to make it fit. Good luck with your buildup don't forget to share pic's when you get em'.
