Fender rolling is it a DIY or Professional modification?

I figure when I run these I'll have to have at least a 1" spacer upfront on factory '77 Maverick/Comet disc swapped to my '72. I will more than likely buy a set of 4 in 1.5" spacers though just in case. Reason is because I intend to run a Explorer 8.8 cut down in the rear and these newer 2005-09 GT wheels are pretty deep for backspacing ( I want them almost flush to the fender but not directly under the lip) I found this pic from a Mustang site and this is how I want to paint them for the Maverick
