A Maverick here in town has the added vent windows. He said he got them from J C Whitney.

Talk to "Mean Maverick" or "Craig Selvey" on here. I'm sure they have a LOT more connections than me and could probably round you up a set easily. Very nice guys as well.

Finally was able to get a rollback and get it towed home. Hadn't rained for two days, but it still had a little trouble getting it out. Here are some updated pics:

Well, it's home now. Time to start working on them. (Whenever it isn't raining 24/7 here, 100% tomorrow)

Very cool, good luck! It's amazing how far those big front bumpers stick out. Even more so than the Mavericks.

I notice you popped out the dent in the quarter panel... looks like that door has a little bondo in it? What are your plans for the car?

Oh man, those bumpers are crazy huge compared to the small Maverick bumpers. The Comet belongs to my Dad. I bought the Maverick. Surprisingly, he wants to keep the big bumpers, lol.

Yeah, had a few minutes to kill before dark hit yesterday, and was working on that dent in the quarter. Just popped it out to see what it would look like. Now it just needs to be fine-tuned. As far as the door, I don't believe it is Bondo. Up close, it looks like someone gave it it a good slamming when they where in a parking lot or something.

The main goal right now is just to get the Comet's 250 running. Been sitting a few years. Could be anything. After that, then onto the body work. Going to leave the interior for last.

Thanks! Also found a '71 Maverick. I posted a thread on it as well. Check it out.
