Rmmpe, never happen as long as everyone watches theirs and others' behavior and language. Most forums like this one stay great because the members mostly can moderate themselves.

Others, unfortunately, go out of hand and the moderators don't stop it. Downhill from there. Just remember, we have Stefan back there peeking in with eyeglasses. He keeps this forum a great place to visit.

Sides, we are a bunch of dedicated maverick fans. We are always too busy on our cars to be anything but good. :) :)

Whoops! Getting deep here, better sign off.

All have a great day, even if it is Monday

    Great !!!!!!!!!

Have you looked at the Torino site?
Someone got into it and really messed it up.

    Thanks for the diligence.

    Regards,

    Bob

Hi all. Bob, I looked at that Torino site. If I had the correct Ford forum, it is unbelievable what is allowed on there. That moderator is obviously asleep, or just doesn't care. Why in $%^& would anyone even want to go on there?????????????????

Makes this site look even better, huh. Heaven maybe? Well, we do have some angels on here. :)

    Jack,

I hadn't been on that site for quite a while and was trying to get an electrical diagram from it. It's a guess but I think my REO's body might have been raised so someone could drive an early Torino frame, driveline and electrics under it.

Won't be using that site again.

As for the moderator being asleep; I think he's comatose.

It looks like the Torino site has been attacked. Russian and Chinese porn. It has been tried here too, but we can often catch it. I won't say how we do it, but we have are ways to catch stuff like that before it ever gets posted.

But in the event anyone ever sees anything like that here - hit the REPORT POST triangle right away .......[IMG]........:Handshake

I am a moderator on another set of boards and you would not believe what people try. People are always trying to post totally inappropriate stuff. That in itself is bad, but the other board is dedicated to DISNEY.

Moderating a board and keeping it as clean and nice as the Maverick Board is a hard job. I second the kudos to the moderators here who keep it clean and on topic. :thumbs2:

I just went on the Torino forum. The second post of today was Asian porn! The third post was,I'm guessing Russian, cause it was part Cyrillic. I want to thank Stefan for not letting anything like that on here! Our kids look at these forums too,and deserve much better than that!!!:thumbs2: Thank you Stefan for keeping the wonderful forum site you started!!!
