To put a big block 429 Cobra Jet engine in it, what all would i nees to change, fabricate, or replace. The car is all rusted out but its all there mechanically and runs perfect with its current stock v6. Gonna fix body and keep the v6 in it till im all done and start getting it ready for the big block.

Id pull the engine and every last thing out that you possibly can then blast the whole thing. Stop the rust in its tracks. Good luck with the engine.

You might reconsider the engine size after you fix the Platform. There are ALOT of FAST 351 base Mavericks.

To get that 429 into the front of that Maverick, you might have to start with something like I did to mine for my Cleveland
