    No Mr. Hines, it is a 1972. But I dont think there was a difference in the hoods? I owned a new 74 grabber that was stolen in 1975, always wanted it back. Now I can create my old car again.

    A 1972 Grabber would have the dual snorkel hood ... a 74 Grabber had a standard Maverick hood ...

    Yes, exactly. I now have a flat hood for the 74 look. I never liked the fake look of the scooped grabber hood, but to each his own.

    Sorry Mr Hines,, I meant to say there was no difference in all hoods except for the 71-72 grabbers. I have a hood from a 77 car for the 74 grabber look.
