    (I used) new '76 tank...any year straps w/2 bolts (I used '73) and a mustang sending unit (I got for $15)...:yup:

    yes. yea there's a angled filler neck to go on and i could either do it by rubber like prostreet showed with his or figure out a little tube in between.
    that 2nd one was just a sale so this is the one im torn between with the stock fuel tank. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/jzp-204-022-01

    this is weird. how are you able to use a mustang sending unit? what year? is it accurate? for that price though it was used.

    what I would also like to know is if I can use a prebent Mustang line or have to bend my own.

    the sending unit i listed will fit. as will the mustang one. they made the same parts fit multiple cars.

    what goes on that fuel tank filler hole? I only have what's on the car. Spectra doesn't know and he says maybe a grommet.

    vent valve...dealership (don't ask for one to fit a Maverick)...a lot of late model tanks have the valve that will work...:yup:

    the number is posted in a tech article about the 68 Mustang tank swap.
