JEGS describes the Red as for stock configurations, the BLUE for street strip, and Black for all out racing. So, I went Blue. It is more than I need now, but I have some room to grow...

I think I ran power from the starter relay. It does not kick on until I turn the key to start, even for a second, then it comes on and runs until the key is turned off. Some guys hook it up so that if the car loses oil pressure, the pump kicks off so the fuel doesn't keep spraying if the car flips and/or catches fire.

My battery is in the trunk so the wire runs the length of the car with the alternator hot wire and the battery cable, all in a single wire loom.

Yea, I recall reading that in the catalog. It still isn't clear to me. I could say it has a carb and that is stock configuration...I think. I guess i'm looking for a technical answer.
I just looked at the cheap plumbing job and LOL! I used that same thing on my bypass fitting on my intake, different size of course :D. Guess weez cheap folk... :respect:

Not cheap, just "functional"...given the monetary resources I currently have...

No, just buy a cap to cover the hole where the mechanical pump is now. Like $4 from Autozone or O'Reilly.
