Many thanks to all who made the Ga. Mini-meet possible. Fun Ford Weekend car manager Pat Martin, and the big cheese Bill Alexander, and Crystal at Fun Ford made the logistics pretty easy to do. The rest was due to the participants. My thanks to all who brought out cars, and to their families. I think the event was a success, and I know that next year's event will be even better. I sure wish Jerry and wife, and Charlie could have made it, but there is next year. Hope to have more cars and attendees. Thanks again, Earl
Well here are some pics as promised. Tim I'll be at the Va. meet to race also. The red Comet belongs to Tom Longerbeam and a Sweet one it is. The Mavs that ran yesterday did us all proud, not one came close to losin and were smokin ponies bigtime. Raymond Roland's ride
Fun Fords, Great guys! Hey guys, we really enjoyed meeting everyone and putting some faces with the names and posts here. Thanks for your hospitality. I'm sorry we didn't get to spend more time getting to know everyone but my son Brett and his bud Cody were pretty stoked over all the cool cars and racing, so we spent a lot of time walking and gawking! It was great to see what some of you have done with your Mavericks and Comets. Can't wait til next year, maybe by then ours will look like something. Brad Padgett
