Just because I may have missed it and am too tired to read all the previous messages, approximately what time are we planning to gather together? :slap:

Frank; I think the chase vehicles will cost the same as the Mavs, $10 extra. I am calling Bill Alexander tomorrow, he will be in then, and get all the questions answered.

Terry; I have the spot for the whole day, and I will be there about 8:00am to get things set up. I planned the meet for 10:00am to 5:00pm, but we can be there until the gates close. I will find that out also.

I will let you know via this thread tomorrow evening.

If anyone is going to be bringing a truck or SUV, can one of you bring a grill? I can bring the burgers and dogs. Need a few others to chip in on the charcoal, condiments, and some chairs. I will be bringing what will fit into the Mav. Let me know, and I can keep a count.

Just talked to FFW folks and here is the skinny:
    1. Prices..$10 for Friday, $20 for one day spectator, $35 for 2 day spectator. $30/for one day show/race, $40/two day show/race

    2. Gates open at 8:00am on Saturday morning. I will be there at 7:00am setting up. If you can be there early, the more the merrier.

    3. Motor homes are welcome. Jerry, if you see someone early, or on Friday, they will try to park you close to where we are at.

    4. Chase cars and trailers...We can keep one truck or chase car at the site, but others and trailers will be asked to park in the spectator parking, or coral, whichever they have. I will know more the morning of the event, but it will not be a problem.

    5. Mr. Pat Martin will be coordinating. If you have any problems or questions, he can be contacted by asking one of the girls at the event. He can also point you to where our spot is.

    6. I have reserved a spot for 15 cars, so we will have enough room, and more if needed.

Hope that answers some questions. Let me know, if you have more. Thanks,

    Earl

    Earl,
I will be bringing my family for a total of six. We can bring some 2-liter drinks. Do we need to bring anything else. We will park outside. I'm not going put a Chevy Suburban inside the grounds for FFW.

Terry; that is great! If you can bring some charcoal, as I have a charcoal grill, that will be good. Also, some condiments and plastic knives, forks spoons. I will have a canopy, so shade will be there.
:Yea, Suburbans might raise an eyebrow or two.

Can we get a flier e-mailed to us?

Mark; I don't have a flier as such, and I am trying to get the info out via this thread. If I can gin one up, be glad to. Could you bring some baked beans or slaw with you? Seems like we have most everything else covered. Be good to see you!]
